Multi-aggregators

A multi-aggregator architecture consists of connecting several bank aggregators in parallel rather than depending on a single one. It addresses two structural limits of aggregation. First, coverage: no aggregator reaches every bank in a market properly, and their strengths differ by country and by type of institution. Second, continuity: when a bank's interface changes or goes down, connections fail, and a journey to enter into a business relationship that depends on it stops. With several aggregators, the request switches to another provider. At Meelo, this architecture covers more than 300 European banks, with automatic failover.
