Relying party

A relying party is an organization that requests, receives, and verifies attributes presented by a user via the EUDI Wallet. To query the wallet, a private relying party must register in its Member State by declaring its purpose and the data requested, in accordance with the principle of data minimization. This is the role a company must adopt to comply with eIDAS 2.0.
