Travel Rule

The Travel Rule requires crypto-asset service providers to collect and transmit the identity of the sender and the beneficiary whenever crypto is transferred, mirroring what already applies to bank transfers. It aims to prevent the anonymous use of cryptocurrencies for money laundering. It is one of the obligations bringing crypto into line with standard customer due diligence rules.
