AMLD6

AMLD6 (the 6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive) is the directive component of the 2024 AML package. Transposed by each member state, it focuses on the organization of supervision, the powers of authorities, and beneficial ownership registers, particularly their interconnection across Europe. It complements the AMLR regulation and the AMLA authority.
